Farewell Little Park
On May 27, our class will be celebrating the "Farewell to the Little Park" with a visit from a maple sugar shack and interactive outdoor activities. We need one volunteer per class. If you're available to help, please sign up at the link here.
We have received some additional grants for our playground/park revitalization project. Stay tuned for details to come!
Welcome To Kindergarten Orientation May 21 at 6:30 PM
We are hosting an information evening for students and parents joining us next year for kindergarten. The evening will include a brief presentation, tour of the school and some time for Q&A.
Wilma Hansen Tours
The tour for our students in grades 4-6 who are transferring to Wilma in the fall will be on May 20 from 1:00 -2:00 PM.
An open house for parents will be on May 20 from 5:00 -7:00 PM.
Yellow School Bus Registration is Now Open for 2026-27
Families can now apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year. To ensure service is in place for the first day of classes, registrations must be received by Sunday, June 14. Registrations submitted after this date will be accepted; however, access to bus routes may be delayed. Confirmed bus routes will be posted for families who registered by the deadline in MyCBE in late August. Families can cancel without financial impact by submitting a cancellation form by Sept. 30.

Monday, May 18 - No School, Victoria Day
Wednesday, May 20 - Fun Lunch and dress like a teacher day
Thursday, May 21 - Stampede breakfast – 8:00-10:30 AM – teachers will bring students down following a schedule. Parents are welcome to come and join at drop off, regardless of if your children’s class is inside. Come join in on the fun. The sausages are Halal turkey, and the pancakes contain gluten as an FYI.
