Volunteer Tea
As our way to say a HUGE Thank you to our incredible group of volunteers, you are invited to our Volunteer Tea on Friday, May 31st from 10:30 – 11:30 in the school gym. Invitations went home. Please RSVP by Monday if you are planning on attending.
Apply by June 16 for School Bus Transportation
Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2024-2025 school year. Service levels and proposed fees will remain the same as the current school year.
Registration is available using your MyCBE account. (If you do not already have an account, learn how to create one.)
Families must register by Sunday, June 16 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year.
We continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.
Movement Mornings
All students are invited to join in “movement mornings”. Parent volunteers will have some movement activities set up outside the front of the school. Every Wednesday, as students are dropped off, they can participate in these activities before the bell rings at 8:00am. This is an optional activity. Movement mornings will start on Wednesday, May 8th and run until Wednesday, June 12th.

Upcoming School Council Meeting
The next council meetings will be on Tuesday, June 4 at 6:30 in the learning commons. This will be the last meeting of the school year. Mr. Halun will be sharing learning from the grade 5/6 classroom. If you would like to join virtually, please email Miranda and Jenn at powcouncil@gmail.com and they will forward the zoom link to you.
