A big Thank You to all the families that came out to school conferences on Thursday evening and Friday morning.  The school was buzzing with activity, the bulletin boards displayed student work and the book fair was a huge success.  Thank you to the many volunteers for your support with the book fair and for providing dinner for teachers on Thursday evening. It truly does take a village! 

Winter Fest Family Evening 

Our Winter Fest Family Evening will be on Thursday, December 12^th from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Families will have an opportunity to rotate through fun festive centers, while connecting with staff and other families.  As entry to this evening, we are asking for families to bring a donation of cereal boxes.  All cereal boxes will be donated to the food bank.  But, before donating the cereal boxes, students will create a giant domino chain with the boxes throughout the school. The more cereal boxes donated, the longer the domino chain! Let’s see how many boxes we can collect. 

Food Bank Drive 

Along with our cereal box collection, we will be collecting non-perishable items for the food bank.  Items will be collected starting this Monday until December 18^th.  Please help support this growing need in our city community.
