Welcome Back BBQ & Ice-Cream Social 

When: Wednesday, September 13

Time: 5:00 – 6:30 pm 

Where: Prince of Wale School – Back Field 

Healthy Hunger: Pre-order a dinner through the Healthy Hunger Website or bring your own picnic.   

All families are invited to our welcome back BBQ & Ice Cream Social.  You will have the opportunity to meet your child’s classroom teacher, socialize with other families and come together as a school community. 

Ice-cream will be provided at no charge. 

If you are ordering a dinner, please note that the last day to order is midnight tonight, Friday, September 8. You will not be able to purchase food the night of the BBQ. 

MyCBE Account 

If you have not created your myCBE Account please take the time to go online and create one. This is what you use to sign up for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences on September 21 and 22, as well you will also be able to pay fees online etc. You only need to create an account once and it carries over from year to year.  

Conferences 

Parent-Teacher conferences are coming up. Conferences are set for Thursday, Sept. 21 from 3:30-7:30 and Friday, Sept. 22 from 8:00-12:00. The conference booking system will open on Thursday, September 14. You will need a CBE account to access the booking system.  If you need support with this, please contact the office @ 777-6880.
